1. 7-11 / Familymart Pay on Pickup
Your item will be sent to the 7-11 or Familymart convenient store you selected, and a message reminding you to pick up the item will be sent to your phone. The payment will be done in the same time of picking up. Please note that it is only available on the order under NTD$4,000, and by the policy, if you miss a pick-up, you will be forever forbidden from using pay on pickup.
2. T-Cat Pay on Delivery
Your order will be sent to the appointed address and you need to give the payment to the deliveryman with cash while receiving the item.
3. Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard and JCB available. The payment process is encrypted to ensure your security and privacy.
4. Bank Transfer / ATM
We will send you the bank detail to you so you can make the transfer via ATM or web bank. Please email us with your transfer information (amount and last 5-digit of account) afterwards.
5. Paypal (oversea)
Paypal is available from orders out of Taiwan, and you can pay with Paypal credit through credit card, debit card or bank account.

If you have registered as a SelectPlus member, you can simply check the order by accessing the account page, then go to track your order at "Order" menu inside.
2. By Email
You are welcome to ask any question about your order by contacting our customer service via email (service [at] selectplus.co).
3. By Telephone
You can contact us on phone from 9:00 to 18:00 in workdays.
4. By SNS account (FB or Line)
Our customer service is also available on our official Facebook page and Line account.
If you want to change your order, please contact us by any method above with your tracking number, then customer service will help you to cancel the order so that you can place a new order again. If the order is shipped, then it is impossible to be changed nor canceled anymore.
Delivery - Taiwan Area
Delivery Fee: the fee is NT$63 if choose 7-11 pay on pick up, and NT$125 if choose T-cat Pay on Delivery.
Any order above NT$1,000 is free to delivery.

In average, the item will be deposited in the store you select after 3 to 5 working days. You will receive a notice to pick up your item by SMS message. Due to the policy of payment services, only order under NT$4,000 is available to use 7-11 / Familymart
Home delivery may be more convenient if you are going to place an order above NT$4,000.
2. Delivery (T-Cat)
Please note the time you are convenient to receive the delivery. However, the expected time to arrive may depend on the delivery condition. If you find your order is late in delivery, please contact our customer service for assistance. Please understand that in specific peak times, delay on delivery might be more possible to occur.
Delivery - International
We use SF express (Hong Kong and Macau only) and International EMS post service (all areas) to deliver any International order. On the days of delivery, please refer to the sheet provided by Chunghwa Post
- Hong Kong and Macau: NT$250 by SF express, NT$450 by EMS, free delivery above NT$2,500 order, insurance not included.
- Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines: NT$450, free delivery above NT$4,000 order, insurance not included.
- China, Japan and Korea: NT$530, free delivery above NT$5,000 order, insurance not included.
- Singapore: NT$580, free delivery above NT$5,000 order, insurance not included.
- Australia and New Zealand: NT$700, insurance not included.
- USA, Canada: NT$760, insurance not included.

7 days appreciation period
We offer 7 days appreciation period so you can return any unopened, new item without any extra condition. The appreciation is invalid once the item is opened. After the period expired, any request on return will not be accepted even the item remains unopened.
We offer a free return and exchange per order if it is requested within 7 days after the item received (holiday includes). Please note that we reserve any right to reject any return or change request if it is abused.
If the item you received is confirmed defective, it can be returned or exchanged under the premise that keeping the item unused or unopened, even after the appreciation period expires. Once you believe your item is in a bad condition, please contact us for assistance.
Before shipping, our staffs will ensure your items are well protected by bubble warp, and we will remind deliveryman to carry it with extra carefulness. However, in the delivery process, slight dents might be caused on the external package, and it will not be considered as a kind of defect for return.
